The U.S. Census Bureau is seeking thousands of people to assist with the 2020 Census count and are actively recruiting for Census Listers and Census Field Supervisors.
They are also looking to fill positions to include: Recruiting Assistant.

Come and enjoy the weather and read the new story Animals At Night. The book is about animals, what they do until morning and how do they move, see, hunt in the dark. You can answer questions. The answers are at the end of the story. It also glows in the dark! Look for the picture on our Facebook.

A 45 minute show with a blend of magic, puppetry, comedy, and audience participation, and it celebrates the fun of reading and visiting your library all summer long.

The Space Program and Air Rockets:
This presentation will feature a 30 minute talk on the Space program. They’ll bring some artifacts of the Space program and talk about the four astronauts who grew up in the Southern Tier. After the presentation the attendees will make an air rocket from an 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet of paper. Once the rocket is built, they will head outside and with an air compressor, launch the rocket 30 to 40 feet in the air. Attendees will take the air rocket home. Kopernik supplies all materials needed for the rockets.
