Our StoryWalk

We are excited that our StoryWalk is out for our community to enjoy. The Village Crew put them out in April. A big thank you to the Village Crew. The last two stories were with cooperation with the Unatego Elementary School. In May we displayed pictures children in Pre K – 5th grade drew during Reading Across America. They had to draw a picture of their favorite book. In June we put out a story Mrs. Gascon’s  sixteen 3rd grade students developed, authored and illustrated “Don’t Take Us Literally, We Don’t Always Mean What  We Say,” a book of idioms.

Keep a look out on our Facebook for the change of stories in our StoryWalk. The StoryWalk starts at the corner of Adams Street & Main Street and ends at the library.
